Cap Size

How do I measure my head? 

Measuring your cap size ensures the right fit of your custom unit.
Cap sizes for women usally range with a head circumference between "21-23”.

However, whatever the size as everyone may differ, simply let us know in the notes at the checkout.

1. Circumference

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head:

  • Start at your front hairline
  • Go behind your ears
  • Around the nape of your neck
  • Back up to the starting point

This is your head circumference.

Shipping Information

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders take 10-15 business days to process before shipping (processing time = wig production). This is BEFORE shipping. Once shipped appropriate delivery times will be based on your location.

Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday (or next business day if its a holiday).

All orders are tracked and signed.

Raw hair orders take longer to process than virgin hair, so note this will affect shipping and delivery times.

Holiday periods may affect processing and delivery times.

Order Changes

Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This includes address changes, shipping, method updates, or item swaps.

Check your shipping address carefully before checkout-we do not replace or refund orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost, stolen, or missing Package.

Once your order is shipped, we do not control delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim Wiln the Courier

No refunds for orders marked as "Delivered". If you haven't received your package. Please contact your local post office and open a claim.

Tracking numbers are included in your shipping confirmation email.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Regarding our Custom Colour Collection, we do not offer returns-exchange only. PLEASE NOTE** On arrival of your custom Colour wig, each remake may not look exactly the same due to each coloured unit being custom, but will always follow the same formula and concept. Lighting can cause colour to appear brighter and darker in different instances.We only accept returns for wigs damaged by us.

Reurn Shipping & Refunds

Customers cover return shipping costs - a return label will be provided, and the cost deducted from the refund. A tracking number must be provided for retirned orders. Refunds will only be issued once we recieve the item.
