Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders take 1–15 business days to process before shipping (this includes wig production time).
• Orders placed on Fridays are processed the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).
• Raw hair orders may take longer to process than virgin hair.
• Holiday periods may also affect processing and delivery times.

Order Changes

• Once your order is shipped, we can’t make any changes (including to the shipping address, products, or items).
• Please ensure your shipping information is correct before checkout.
• We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

• Once shipped, we are not responsible for delivery issues.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim directly with your courier.
• No refunds for orders marked as “Delivered.”

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Colour Collection

• Due to the nature of custom colours, we do not offer returns — exchange only.
• Please note: colours may vary slightly due to screen brightness and lighting. We match your selected shade formula as closely as possible.

We only accept returns for wigs damaged by us.

Return Shipping & Refunds

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds (if eligible) will be issued minus return shipping once the product is received and reviewed.
• A valid tracking number is required for any return.

1. Circumference

Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head:

• Start at your front hairline
• Go behind your ears
• Around the nape of your neck
• Back up to the starting point

This is your head circumference.

2. Front to Nape

Measure from the center of your forehead (hairline) straight back to the base of your neck.

3. Ear to Ear (Over the Top)

Place the tape at the top of one ear, across the top of your head, to the top of your other ear.

 Most customers fit a Medium size.

Pro Tips:

• Measure with your hair flat (braided or wrapped)
• Use inches or centimeters — just be consistent!
• If you’re between sizes, size up for comfort
